We offer the highest level of care for all of our students, but we recognise that many of our students can travel home for half terms and therefore only need to visit their host family for exeats (weekends out of school).
We therefore have our Exeat Guardianship Fee which takes this into account and is £650 a term. A £1,000 student deposit is required which is used to pay host family costs and any other expenses your child has.
We offer the same high level of support, care and advice and students can join a host family for exeat weekends, but will travel home for half term and all longer holidays. We will still visit and support your child in exactly the same way and be in touch with them and with school frequently.
Essential Guardianship £350 a term. A £500 student deposit is required for emergencies.
For those students who have family or friends in the UK who will be responsible for them during all holidays, so no host family is required. This basic package is a dedicated emergency support package for your child which covers the following:
One visit at school at the start of the first academic year to meet you and your child.
Travel coordination with school using school transport if required (other transport options available at additional cost).
Emergency named contact for Tier 4 compliance with school.
Emergency hosting, at an additional cost of £120 per day rather than the regular £65 per day.
Additional visits to school will be charged separately if required.
The balance of student deposits are refundable at the end of our guardianship care.
