Guardianship Services

As trained teachers, we can offer you guidance and support on all educational matters, including school exams and revision, GCSE and A level choice. 

We can organise tuition and extra support if your child needs this and also answer all questions about the UK independent education system as your child progresses through it. 

We will visit your son or daughter at school at least twice each term to ensure they are happy and settled and enjoying their school life, each time sharing a report with you and photos.

Sometimes, wherever possible, we can combine these visits to see them play sport or take part in a concert or other school activity. In this way we can really get to know your child and keep you updated on how they are doing.

 We are responsive at all times to the needs of our students and their families and the schools we work in. 

We will be in touch with you via Whatsapp, Wechat or email, whichever is your preferred method of contact and will be in regular communication with your child at school.

We offer 24/7 support when your child is travelling or out of school including at their host family. 

While your child is in school, the school will take responsibility for the welfare of their students on a 24/7 basis, however we are highly responsive and will work with school if a problem arises to resolve the issue.

We will appoint a fully checked, safe and caring host family to look after your child at exeats and half term holidays and at other times as needed. 

We use the enhanced DBS checking service as well as years of safeguarding training and child protection knowledge to vet our families. We will liaise closely with the host family to ensure things are going well and make a point of visiting while your child is there to see them in situ.

We will make all personal travel arrangements and liaise with school regarding any school transport required. We will meet your son or daughter on arrival when they are new to school and introduce them to their boarding house and staff. We will also make arrangements for unaccompanied minors travelling alone including our representative taking them and collecting them from the airport either in person, or using our trusted drivers.

Travel- testing, flights and visas.

At this time we are still making extensive travel arrangements for students who need testing. We can arrange testing on your child’s behalf, thus ensuring they can freely travel. We can arrange flights and other travel as a separate service should you require our help. We can put you in touch with a visa specialist, if you need help with visa application and can take your child for biometric testing or to their country of origin embassy for visa appointments.

We will help with practical matters including helping your son or daughter to manage their money in the UK, including help opening a bank account and pocket money. 

We will also ensure they have the correct uniform, sports kit and other clothing and equipment they need for school. We will organises a Mobile Phone SIM card if they require one.
