We are currently recruiting for Host Families in Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire and in particular, Bath and Sherborne.

The process:
Initial telephone interview and discussion when you can ask questions and gain further insight into the commitment and expectations of hosting.
Interview in person and detailed house inspection which includes a discussion on safeguarding, and the commitment and expectations of hosting.
Disclosure and Barring Service check on all household members 16 and over.
Two reference checks which are verified about suitability for hosting – one professional and one personal.
Home and car insurance, driving licence and passport details.
Home safety checks including boiler service, smoke alarms and CO2 alarms completed during visit.
Host Family Biography – we ask you for photographs and information for your host family file which is only shared with relevant students, families and schools
Yearly annual inspection.
